As Associate Professor/ Instruction and Reference Librarian, I actively participate in the library instruction program, teaching students how to find and use information effectively. I have been collaborating with professors from nursing, education and liberal arts programs in integrating library instruction and course-specific library resources into their Blackboard courses. I have learned a lot by working with the professors and their students, who have given me inspirations to improve library instruction and better help students with their research projects.
