SUMMARY

The main emphasis of my work is incorporating Kantian ethics into various aspects of economic theory, chiefly models of choice and the field of law and economics.

WORK IN PROGRESS

Several things I am working on now:

• Integrating and extending my work on Kant and economics in Autonomy, Dignity, and Character: Kantian Ethics and the Economic Individual (contract pending with Stanford University Press)
• Co-editing The Thief of Time: Perspectives on Procrastination with Chrisoula Andreou for Oxford University Press
• Editing Iron Man and Philosophy for Wiley-Blackwell
• Preparing the proposal for an edited book on retributivism.
• Papers on procrastination, double jeopardy protection, consequentialist retributivism, same-sex marriage, the links between Adam Smith and Immanuel Kant, the ethics of music bootlegging (for an edited volume on Led Zeppelin and philosophy), and moral responsibility (for Iron Man and Philosophy).
