The Observatory is a member of the International Astronomical Union (IAU)  Asteroid and Comet Tracking Observatory  IAU#294

 100's of Asteroids ( Minor Planets) have been tracked, our program has led  to 

  Minor Planet discoveries  preliminary names contain year of discovery

2009 VH24, 2009 XN07, 2011 FL01, 2011FM01, 2012 UR112, 2013CF18

 

                                                            Minor Planet  NEWS: 

May 2012  MP=2009 XN07 orbit well defined and IAU numbered it as 328870

NOV 2012 Director Irv Robbins named 2009 XN7 = "(328870) Danaweber"
