Honors

In the spring semester of a student’s junior year, a student may consider enrolling in honors. If they have and 3.5 GPA in the major and maintain that average until graduation, they should find a supervisor with mutually-agreeable research interests. Then students register for at least 2 semesters of independent study (PSY 593 or 594). The student then presents their thesis to the department. It is graded by the student’s supervisor and two additional faculty readers. The student is responsible to present their findings at the CSI Undergraduate Research Conference or another suitable conference.
