Andrew Leykam is the Coordinator of Interlibrary Loan (ILL) at the College of Staten Island (CSI) Library. Leykam has been at the College of Staten Island since 2006 before becoming the Coordinator of ILL in 2008. In 2009, Leykam oversaw the implementation of ILLIAD for use at the College of Staten Island library, improving the performance and ease of interlibrary loan requests. Leykam continues to improve ILL services and access for the students and faculty of the CSI to resources needed for their research from all over the globe.

Leykam's current research is focused on Interlibrary Loan and the complex nature of exchange systems from the user perspective. He is also a reviewer for CHOICE magazine focusing in the areas of Icelandic and Colombian Anthropology.
