How to Start Your Tk20 Account

1. Go to https://csi.cuny.tk20.com/ .

   If a page loads in your browser that asks you about accepting the certificate, please accept it. It is safe to ignore this message for the HigherEd website.
   
   For example, in Internet Explorer, you may get a message that says, “There is a problem with this website’s security certificate” we recommend you click on this option: “Continue to this website (not recommended).”

2. In the lower left of the Tk20 log-in page, click on the link that says ‘Click here to purchase your student account.’
3. Click the radio buttons that corresponds with your situation and billing preferences. Click on “Submit” to proceed to subsequent windows.

Please note: It typically takes 2 - 3 days for your account to be activated after you pay. If you wait until right before an assignment is due, you may not have your account activated in time!!
