My research investigates the cognitive development of young children in the context of locomotion. I study how infants acquire the problem-solving skills they need to navigate the world, particularly when there is an obstacle in their way.
This semester (Spring, 2007), I am teaching Experimental Psychology: Child Development and sponsoring several Independent Study students who conduct infant research in my lab for course credit.
