Circulating Materials
Faculty, staff and students may borrow books from the library by presenting a valid CUNY ID card.
A valid CUNY ID card also allows the card holder to gain access into any CUNY campus library
and to borrow books from any CUNY campus. Similarly, card holders are permitted to return any
CUNY library book to any CUNY campus.
Faculty, staff, and students may renew their books online by visiting the CUNY+ Catalog and logging into "My Account".
Renew Books Online
- Click "My Account" at the top of the screen in the CUNY+ Catalog.
- Type your library barcode number into both the barcode and the password box (you can find your library barcode on the back of your ID Card).
- Under Activities, click Loans.
- Click the number of the book that you want to renew and click Renew.
Note: Renewals will not be granted if the item is overdue, renewal limit has been exceeded, there is a block on the borrower's record, or the item has been requested by another user (has a hold on it).
