| Directions to the College |
The College of Staten Island is conveniently located off the Staten Island Express (I278). Traveling westbound—take Exit 10 (Victory Blvd.), turn left and continue under the Expressway and turn left into the campus at the first light. Traveling eastbound—take Exit 8 (Victory Blvd.), merge into the center lane on Christopher to turn left onto Victory Blvd. Turn right at the first light into the campus. All visitors are required to stop at the main gate to obtain a parking pass.
The College of Staten Island also runs a FREE shuttle bus from the St. George Ferry Terminal to the campus. Travel non-stop Monday through Friday between CSI and the St. George Ferry. When classes are in-session, the first shuttle leaves the ferry terminal at 7:05am each weekday morning to the CSI campus and then departs every half hour. Pickup at the ferry will be on the Upper South Lobby Passenger Pick-up. To reach this location, take the stairs or elevator opposite Ramp A. The last shuttle from the ferry to CSI will be at 10:35 pm. The first shuttle leaves the CSI campus at 7:35 a.m. each weekday morning to the ferry from in front of the Center for the Arts (Building 1P; Great Lawn Side). The last shuttle from CSI to the ferry will be at 11:05 p.m. When the College is open, but classes are not in session, buses will run once every hour, departing the Ferry at five minutes after the hour and CSI at 35 minutes after the hour. For MTA access to the campus you may take the S62 from St. George ferry or the S92 from Travis to the Victory Blvd. Entrance. The S44 and S59 service the campus via Forest Hill Road (use the Institute for Basic Research stop).
From Brooklyn, the S53 from Bay Ridge or the S93 from 86th and 4th will also take you directly to the campus.
From Manhattan, the X10 Express bus departs from 57th and 3rd or the X11 which departs from Bowling Green in the evenings provide service to the campus.
Once at the Main Gate, take the loop bus to building 6S (Biological and Chemical Sciences Bldg.).
