Library Instruction Request Form

Library Instruction sessions will run from February 11- May 3, 2013 during the Spring semester.

Please fill out one form per class request, and provide at least two weeks’ notice in order to schedule Library Instruction. Faculty members must be present during the instruction session.

Unless otherwise specified, all instruction sessions take place in the Library Learning Lab, 1L-214.

NOTE: As of the 2011/2012 academic year, the Library Instruction Program offers weekly “Introduction to the Library’s Resources and Services” workshops in lieu of individual instruction sessions for English 111, and all introductory level courses.
