START A DAY CARE IN YOUR HOME
The Course will cover the legal requirements and basics of starting and operating a child care business; child development from birth through five; designing and setting up a classroom and curriculum; creating age and child appropriate activities and materials; safety considerations; adaptations for special needs children; dealing with parents; marketing your program; positive discipline and behavior guidance. In addition, classes will also address specific questions and needs of the students.
