Bridge
Dedication, [November 21, 1964]
"For
more than four years the fabled Statue of Liberty...has watched
with fascination the spinning of cables of this new Colossus which
has dwarfed navies and cargos of commerce and brought a new dimension
to the greatest seaport in the world."
Robert Moses, November 21, 1964 |
