Drugs may be searched by their generic or brand names. Clinical Pharmacology also contains Patient Education Records.

  • Clinical Reference Systems - Thousands of essays in English and Spanish, many with images, about such topics as adult health, behavioral health, drug and medication information, sports medicine, and women's health.

  • EconLit Indexes and abstracts of the contents of over 400, primarily English-language journals as well as articles in collective volumes; citations from 1969, abstracts from 1987 to present. Full text links through EBSCO and other databases.

  • Education: A SAGE Full-Text Collection includes the full text of 23 journals published by SAGE and participating societies, some journals going back 36 years with over 7,000 articles.   • MEDLINE (PubMed), the database produced by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, provides FREE access to bibliographic information in the MEDLINE database. Over 3,500 journals cover clinical medicine, experimental medicine, dentistry, nursing and many other topics. PubMed Central lists over fifty full text journals.

  • MEDLINEplus: has FREE access with extensive information for health professionals and consumers from the National Institutes of Health and other trusted sources on hundreds of diseases and conditions. There are also lists of hospitals and physicians, a medical encyclopedia and dictionaries, information on prescription and nonprescription drugs, and links to clinical trials.

  • MEDLINE (via EBSCOhost): The database with MeSh subject headings produced by the U.S. National Library of Medicine is available through the EBSCOhost online system, which has links to some FULL TEXT articles.

  • Mental Measurements Yearbook This database is equivalent to the print version and has FULL TEXT reviews only of more than 2,000 commercially-available educational, personality, aptitude, psychological, achievement and intelligence tests, but not the tests themselves

  • Merck Index Online - (Free) The online FULL TEXT edition of The Merck Index is available in text format or an interactive edition.
