Do you feel confused about how to change a grade or want to learn how to improve your GPA?  Well, look no further. Sometimes it's the little things that can make the difference.  Come learn about the variety of resources on campus that are here to help you succeed.  You'll also learn ways to manage your time and how to set academic goals for the semester.   Make sure you have the tools to be successful from the start.

The Art of Relaxation
The workshop will focus on introducing students to several different relaxation techniques and discussing how relaxation can be vital part of one’s daily routine.  The workshop will explore what students do to relax on an everyday basis and whether it makes a difference in their lives.  The benefits of relaxation will be addressed.  Students will be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises they can use at times of stress.
